The AXP Racing skid plate wraps the frame until the bottom of the footpegs , covers the cases and protects the water pump .
The high density polyethylene plastic is 40% lighter than alloy plates , it does not undergo deformation and offers a better durability .
A mud guard limits the amount of mud entering the skid plate .
This reference only fits the KTM 450EXCF / 500EXCF and is also available in black .
